Payments & Credits
Products acceptable for full credit: Products not supplied in accordance with customer's orders or are defective at the time of receipt by the customer.
Products not acceptable for credit: Discontinued, outdated, personalized or customized, shelf-worn or used and, therefore, unsuitable for return to stock, sealed reagents, refrigerated, diagnostics, or chemicals which have been reopened, special-ordered and not returnable to the manufacture, not bought from Expotech.
Claims against damages or shortages. Even with the greatest of care, occasional damages or shortages do happen. Upon receipt of a shipment from Expotech, unpack and inspect it for damage and shortage. Do not accept a damaged or short shipment until the delivering carrier's driver has made a "damage" or "shortage" notation on your copy and the carrier's copy of the freight bill. The carrier should be notified immediately. If damages are noted, you should immediately request the carrier to make an inspection. Concealed damage must be reported to the carrier within 10 days of delivery. Retain all shipping containers and packing materials for the inspection. Additionally, salvage must be held for the carrier's disposition.
Cancellations & Returns
Return of products for replacement or credit. Products that have been ordered from Expotech and have proved defective should be reported to Expotech within 15 days for replacement or adjustment. ExpotechUSA, at its discretion, may extend this period in exceptional cases. To assure prompt handling, you must correspond with Expotech before returning items. This will enable Expotech to send you proper identification tags (if applicable) and shipping instructions so that the adjustments can be made without delay. Please do not ship back any item without Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued by Expotech. Return shipments of hazardous materials must be packed, marked, labeled and shipped in accordance with DOT, ICC, IATA, IMDG, FDA or other applicable regulations.

- Obscenities, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
- Advertisements, "spam" content, or references to other products, offers, or websites
- Email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, physical addresses or other forms of contact information
- Critical or spiteful comments on other reviews posted on the page or their authors
In addition, if you wish to share feedback with us about product selection, pricing, ordering, delivery or other customer service issues, please do not submit this feedback through a product review. Instead, contact us directly at sales@expotechusa.com
Shipping & Courier
Unless otherwise specified, all orders shipped by Expotech will be sent promptly via the safest and most economical method available to Expotech at that time. All shipments are insured unless otherwise instructed by the purchaser.
Additionally, air shipments can be made at an additional charge. Please note that some products may not be acceptable for shipping by air due to shipping regulations.
